Use shared internet and devices for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security, install harmful software, or use technology to threaten, exploit, harass, or violate privacy. Keep passwords and one-time codes private. Report suspected phishing, lost devices, or unauthorized access promptly. Management may restrict access needed to protect residents, systems, and the property while respecting applicable law.
Treat every resident, visitor, neighbor, and team member with dignity. Threats, harassment, violence, intimidation, theft, and deliberate property damage are not permitted. Keep personal and shared spaces reasonably clean and follow the posted chore schedule. Respect quiet hours and other residents’ right to rest. Follow all lawful safety instructions and immediately report hazards, missing keys, or damage. Guests and overnight stays must follow the current visitor policy. Program-specific expectations will be explained during intake and applied consistently, with reasonable accommodations considered when required.
Call 911 for immediate danger, fire, a medical emergency, or a crime in progress. Follow posted evacuation routes and staff instructions. Do not block exits, disable alarms, possess prohibited weapons, or tamper with safety equipment. Report hazards and urgent repairs immediately. During severe weather, move to the designated safe area. Account for your own safety first and do not re-enter an evacuated building until authorized.
Residents may raise concerns without retaliation. Start with a manager when it is safe to do so, describe the concern and the outcome requested, and provide relevant dates or facts. Management will document, review, and respond within a reasonable period based on urgency. A resident may request review by an administrator if the concern is not resolved. Emergency or legal reporting options remain available at all times.
Residents and staff must respect personal privacy. Do not photograph, record, publish, or share another person’s information without permission. Management records are available only to people whose role requires access. Reset Living Solutions limits information collection to housing operations and support coordination and expects users to keep account credentials private. Privacy may be limited when disclosure is required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
